The feedback from most of the attendees I spoke to was that AUA 2012 was one of the best yet with a really good feel about it. Attendance was up by exactly 50%, which was the limit of what we could cater for; we had a really engaging (and visually lush) keynote address from the Guardian's Simon Rogers that really set the tone for the event, and John Barron from the Irish Revenue Commissioners did an outstanding job as a witty but efficienbt MC for the day. Anyone who missed the conference really missed a treat this year. There was lots of technical content, some important announcements and road-maps, and unlimited opportunities to engage with Actian management and developers.
Next year's AUA conference will be on June 11, 2013. Put the date in your diary now.
The sessions slides will be posted for registered web site users over the next few days.
